- Returns accepted. If you wish to return for any reason, Quince must receive notice within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be new and unused. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and to cancellations made more than 24 hours after ordering
All-Weather Wicker Frame
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth regularly to maintain appearance.
- Rinse with a low-pressure hose; allow to air dry fully before use.
- You can also clean wicker with warm water and a gentle detergent like Dawn. Scrub with a soft-bristle brush, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- If using in a saltwater environment, rinse the frame weekly to prevent salt buildup.
- Can be power washed at 1200 PSI or lower. Keep the washer at least two feet from the surface.
Teak Top & Legs
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth to maintain finish.
- For cleaning, use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth; rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Wipe up spills immediately to prevent water spots.
- The teak will naturally weather to a silvery-grey patina over time; this is normal and does not affect durability.
