- Returns accepted within 30 days for stocked items. Items must be in new, unused condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and cancellations after 24 hours.
All-Weather Wicker Frame
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth regularly to maintain appearance.
- Remove cushions and rinse with a low-pressure hose; allow to air dry fully before use.
- You can also clean wicker with warm water and a gentle detergent like Dawn. Scrub with a soft-bristle brush, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- If using in a saltwater environment, rinse the frame weekly to prevent salt buildup.
- Both frame and cushions can be power washed at 1200 PSI or lower. Keep the washer at least two feet from the surface.
Cushions
- For everyday stains, use a mild cleaner and warm water, scrubbing gently with a soft-bristle brush.
- Unzip the mesh panel at the bottom and allow cushions to dry fully before use.
- For mold or mildew, soak cushions in a 1:20 bleach-to-water solution, then wash with diluted detergent and rinse thoroughly.
Storage
- Always clean furniture before storing.
- We recommend covering your furniture with the custom cover (included with purchase) when not in use. Make sure the frame and cushions are completely dry before covering.
- If covering for more than a few days, remove and store cushions separately to prevent moisture buildup.
