- Returns accepted. If you wish to return for any reason, Quince must receive notice within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and to cancellations made more than 24 hours after ordering
- For daily care, wipe with a damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral soap. Dry immediately to avoid water spotting.
- For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and warm water with a soft cloth; rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
- Use coasters to prevent moisture rings.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, which can etch the natural concrete surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, and wire brushes as well.
- Wipe up spills promptly to prevent staining.
- Natural variations in tone and texture may develop further with exposure to the elements—this is characteristic of the material, not a defect.
- When used outdoors, store indoors during heavy rain and extreme winter conditions.
