Aluminum Frame
- Dust your aluminum frame weekly with a clean, dry cloth to maintain the powder-coated finish.
- For a deeper clean, brush off loose dirt or rinse with a hose, then wash with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth; rinse and dry completely.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals that may compromise the powder coating.
- Do not drag the chair when moving, and wipe up spills promptly to prevent scratches, water spots, and damage to the finish.
Cushions & Upholstery
- During heavy rain, winter, and inclement weather, remove cushions and store them in a dry place. Don't let wet cushions sit on the frame—if they get wet, unzip the bottom mesh drainage panel and tip them zipper-down so water drains and the foam dries faster.
- Dust cushions weekly with a soft-bristle brush and vacuum occasionally with an upholstery attachment; rotate them periodically to distribute wear.
- To spot clean, blot with an absorbent, undyed cloth from the outside toward the center to prevent rings—never use a hard-bristled brush or scrub aggressively.
- For tough stains, lightly apply a solution of mild dish soap or laundry detergent and water, agitate gently with a sponge or soft brush, then blot, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. For mold or mildew, use one part bleach to ten parts water the same way.
- Always pre-test cleaning solutions on a hidden area. Do not machine dry or submerge cushions; for a thorough clean, consult a professional upholstery cleaner.
Storage & Covers
- To preserve your chair, store it indoors or cover it securely during winter, inclement weather, and extended periods of non-use—make sure the frame and cushions are fully cleaned and dried first.
- Spot clean covers with a damp cloth, and periodically inspect all fasteners and hardware to keep the frame secure and stable.
