- Returns accepted. If you wish to return for any reason, Quince must receive notice within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and to cancellations made more than 24 hours after ordering
Aluminum Frame
- Dust your aluminum frame weekly with a clean, dry cloth to maintain the powder-coated finish.
- Brush off loose dirt with a soft-bristle brush or spray debris away with a hose. Dry with a soft cloth.
- Periodically clean the frame thoroughly with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth; rinse and dry completely.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals that may compromise the powder coating.
- Do not drag the table when moving; avoid hitting furniture together. Use coasters, trivets, and felt pads to prevent scratches and chips on the surface.
- Wipe up spills immediately to prevent water spots and damage to the finish.
Storage & Covers
- To preserve your table, store it indoors or cover it securely during extended periods of non-use, winter months, and inclement weather.
- Before covering and storing, ensure the frame is thoroughly cleaned and completely dried.
- Outdoor furniture covers can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
- Periodically inspect all fasteners and hardware to ensure the frame remains secure and stable.
