- Returns accepted. If you wish to return for any reason, Quince must receive notice within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and to cancellations made more than 24 hours after ordering
- Wipe oak frame with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Dust woven rope regularly with a soft brush or vacuum on low suction to remove debris.
- Spot clean rope with a mild soap solution and allow to air dry completely before use.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade natural fibers over time.
- Do not submerge in water or use steam cleaners.
